Hi, I’m Allard!

A little bit about me.

I have a passion for design systems, design process, and design tooling. I'm a highly technical UX designer and love to dig into complex problems that require multiple levels of abstraction.

I'm currently Co-Founder of Medoo, a coaching technology startup where our mission is to help people design and live their best, most intentional lives. We are starting by building specialised tools that support the foundational elements of the coaching process, and seek to create more “Aha!” moments through the encouragement of self-analysis & insight.

Previously, I worked at Atlassian building a declarative UI system for Forge in the Ecosystem Platform team; as well as on the Atlassian Design Guidelines and Atlaskit library in the Design System team. Before that, I worked at Google in Dublin and Brandwatch in Berlin.
